Parking is required with convenient unloading. For short events (under 4 hours) this is all we require. For events over 4-hours our team will require a vendor room with a vendor meal and refreshments as is standard in the event industry. We can confirm the exact requirements and our set-up / arrival times once you share the final event schedule.
